By using Klymbit, you agree to these terms. We focus on fair, transparent partnerships.
By accessing and using Klymbit, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Permission is granted to temporarily use Klymbit for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
When you submit an idea, you represent that you own or have rights to the idea. We may review, evaluate, and potentially partner on submitted ideas.
If selected for partnership, equity agreements will be negotiated separately. We invest time, technology, and capital for shared ownership.
Builders agree to contribute skills and effort in good faith. Compensation may include equity, experience, and professional development.
We maintain confidentiality of submitted ideas and partnership discussions. Participants should also respect confidentiality agreements.
Either party may terminate partnerships with reasonable notice. Terms of any specific agreements will govern termination.
The information on this website is provided on an 'as is' basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
In no event shall Klymbit be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
